We give you a simple example and code to set up a sample email form at your web site.

Open your favourite web editor or notepad and after pasting the code below, name the file 'contact.html'

Note :

Make sure that you change the values in the form example above, ie. your email address, your domain name, and the page you would like the visitor to go to after the form has been sent to you.
